I am 26 years old and have been training naturally since I was 14. I have been competing since 2000 and have won several titles. Being a lifetime natural bodybuilder is difficult, but it was made easier by my education at Cincinnati State where I received my degree in health and fitness technology.

While in school, I opened my own personal training facility named Gymbo's Personal Training. When I decided to become seriously involved in the sport of body building, I had no idea it would become a way of life for me. I studied anatomy in college which sparked an interest in nutrition. It is my belief that body builders know more about nutrition and how foods, vitamins, minerals and supplements work with our bodies, than we are given credit for. When preparing for a competition, we test ourselves beyond reasonable limits.

It is an extreme sport that requires extreme preparation. Our diet and exercise programs requires scientific knowledge to understand how our bodies will react to certain changes. I have learned so much from my own personal experiences in natural body building and I use this knowledge everyday when I work with my clients.
